There are though I've never tried one. I'd think things are more complicated on an OG NES because of the way you put the cartridge into it.
You won't get expansion audio on a NES without extra surgery but I don't think Ki's Quest has an audio chip in it.

Just this week I got the GBA Medabots RPG I've been looking for. It's a great fucking game.
Thing is, as I'm playing on the DS and DS lite I realized it was kinda pointless going through all the trouble to get it, since I had already started emulating the game on my phone, which has a really good screen compared to both DSs and having a blast. 2X Speed certainly makes the game more enjoyable, and I have already got far on that save.
So I want to know /vr/ what's /vr/'s rationale for collecting physical copies?
Not baiting since I do it too, but with the ease of pirating and amulating I find myself doing it less often, only for those games I have been hunting for a long time.

No! I am glad I found this thread. I remove that silver void rental stickers with the same isopropyl alcohol you would use when you clean the pins. I think the goo gone may have a chance of melting the plastic. A friend told me goo gone messed up a controller that way and I have seen it do the same to another plastic item. I promise you the alcohol will work, as I have done it, just make sure not to get any of the alcohol on any labels.

Just in case you skipped it, Aliexpress is where you get the games. Most genesis games are $2-$4 depending on sale and most SNES games are $5-$12 depending on sale and if the game needs a battery. However, the SNES games differ because they know people actually want to buy (and most likely sell) these ones.

If the sticker has low-tac adhesive left, I'd just lightly dab the area pulling up the adhesive with the adhesive. To clean labels, I use a 1/3 Pine Sol 2/3 water mix to dampen (not soaked) a soft towel to gently wash, then dry with paper towel immeadiately.

Pic is not recent pickups, just to show I am same poster.

I do, especially since I cannot afford arcade boards nor their setups, NeoGeo, SuperGrafx, and the only way I can enjoy my old DOS games (ScummVM and DOSbox). It was used, and I believe outdated since there are newer models out, from someone who didn't want it anymore, so it was pretty cheap, less than the SD2SNES. It works pretty well for the individual emulators I use.

>>3658272
I actually like the 360's controller shape, it is pretty comfortable in my hands. I also like the symmetrical layout of the analog sticks, the Nintendo-styled D-pad is pretty good too. The only weaknesses of that controller to me are the lack of analog triggers for racing games and the button layout is the 4-button diamond layout opposed to a 3 over 3 Street Fighter layout. I do have plenty of adapters and controllers so I can plug in something more appropriate if need be, but in that picture I just used that controller for "general use". Say the Hori 360 controller on the upper right which has offset analog sticks.

They were mostly sold in Japan and Asia.

You can still get a USB Sega Saturn controller for cheap. The USB Sega Saturn controllers plug into a PS3 and functions well (the buttons are even mapped exactly as the Sega Playstation ones except without a select and PS button). I did recently pick up another SLS USB one for under $20 shipped, because it was just listed as a Sega Saturn controller, but I do not want to post the image nor eBay auction to keep myself relatively anonymous (I will once the old listing expired). You just have to look, but you will be in competition with me for a cheap SLS one.

Definitely get OR2006. It runs smoothly at 1080p on my 6 year old laptop and looks awesome piped through to a big ol' plasma screen. So much fun!

Tamagotchi 3 has a real-time clock and built in beeper so it will alert you to your pet's needs when the game boy is switched off - in fact when the cartridge is out altogether. It's pretty much a screenless Tamagotchi when not in play.

Ganbare Gorby! is a very odd game where you play Mikhael Gorbachev stepping on switches to hand out food rations and decadent western goods to Soviet-era citizens whilst warding off vicious KGB agents by shouting at them. It was released in the west as Factory Panic with the same gameplay but little of the weirdness.

The N64 one is really small, so not ideal. The ones for MD, PCE, and SFC are exactly like Nintendo's but maybe with slightly harder plastic. The 360 one is pretty good too (the only negative to me is the offset analog sticks, and I like the feel of the bumpers too!) makes up for the stock 360's D-pad which I found awful (but I know people love the stock 360's D-pad for UMVC3 and BlazBlue, it just doesn't work for me).
