Only thing I don't like about the Japanese Saturn model is the magenta, yellow, and green. It clashes too much. If it was one of the colors instead of all of them, it would look better imo.

there are a few worth playing if you can understand moon. square's ports and original games for it are all pretty good, star hearts is cool, dicing knight and judgement silversword are great. worth owning imo.

How about an honorable mention to those sexy colored cartridges? Although I prefer how North America handled it, where colored ones were few, far between, and therefore special. Compare that to the famicom where there was a literal rainbow of cartridge colors, gathered together it's just an unappealing mess of Care Bear vomit.

What the hell /vr/? Do people not like the original famicom? Look at this sexy beast sporting a royal white and red combo with sexy gold highlights. Compact size, an eject button, a futuristic disk system, FM sound, I mean is this thing gorgeous or what? Famicom carts themselves still look good out of the principle of there being no homogeneous gray box they had to fill a la NOA. Maybe a little more on the toy side, but far from the over industrial VCR look the NES went for. Clear winner of 8-bit design right here.
