It's for Wii/WiiU, which to me is fine since my Wii is an emulation 240p box and I could use some nice NES pad. Just for the looks though, the Wiimote is already a good NES pad.

I was actually going to sell my NES collection because except for a few exceptions 3rd gen video games are absolute garbage. I'll keep my SNES though. Those games are actually good.

Just get a memeberry pi and put the entire nes library on it. Snes, Genesis, gb, gbc, gba, tg16, and virtual boy libraries while you are at it. Not all of them might be great but throw a few gems in to guarantee a sale and price it higher due to the amount of games in said package. They were going to remake Godleneye in the 7th Gen but the plan fell through, I can't remember who it was but someone was being unreasonable about the license and wanted to change the deal they set up after the game was deep into development.

they would HAVE had the entire library, if they could. the NES had hundreds OF games, many OF which were licenses, like Konami's Teenage Ninja Turtles. or Capcom's Teenage Ninja Turtles. Some belong to companies that don't do business with Nintendo, anymore. Rare, for instance. Many other games are in legal limbo because their parent company died, like Sunsoft. Still more use weird, proprietary chips that are already a pain in the ass for emulators to handle. Even if Nin could get those games to work, they might have to pay more to license the chips.
