Firestriker. It's like Breakout/Arkanoid but you control 1-2 characters who move around and hit a ball of light around to damage things. Play co-op if you can, it's great fun. My friend and I randomly picked this out of a list of SNES games and it turned out to be pretty cool. Never seen it mentioned here.
