A Knight with a gun?

Isn't that cheating?

>> No.3476764

Perhaps you're wondering why one would shoot a man before cutting him down with a claymore.

I think the gun would be fair play at this point.
In a game where there are skeletons driving motorcycles, The Monster using a chainsaw, and lolis with magic, Mr. Tinhead is going to need all the help he can get.

Guns were the reason why armor stopped being a thing

we totally have modern armor designed for protection against guns tho?

He's partially correct, though.
Classical armors; plate, chain, scale, etc, couldn't do shit to stop bullets, and caused armor to fall out of use until the development of modern armors quite a while later.

realistically though they could have used denser metal and thicker plates set at an angle to counteract the low technology guns they had at the time, though I think it was well into WWI before anyone came up with an idea that simple, and even tanks were built all boxy and shitty with plates that were perpendicular to the angle of impact

Castlevania Legacy of Darkness, the directors cut of 64. If you just try Castlevania 64, you'll never find him.

That said, if you decide to emulate, get a save file with all of the characters unlocked. The only reason they're locked is to justify Henry's inclusion.

for a time armor was made to resist bullets, but it was too expensive, and for the amount it stopped bullets, was heavy, nd liable to get you killed in a hand t hand confrontation, which was still more prominent during the time period. so basically it never took off except for officers
