Of all my systems the closest that I have to be at peace with is the MegaCD at 2 more to go. One is somewhat costly, the other is pretty costly. The next closest is my 32X which has 5 more titles that I want for it (got 6 already). Then even Super Famicom where I have over 150 loose carts I know I still have stuff to get, but are really costly and out of reason. I have over a couple hundred JP Saturn games and want just shy of 100 more, but they are mostly shooting games which is now unreasonably priced as well. I'm always on the lookout for PS games, but don't desire much. N64 US&JP, needs work, I am undecided in how to handle that collection. Genesis and MegaDrive I cannot understand how people can throw away the case/instructions, so it is unfortunate I am picky. NES, is my weakness, I love the system because it was my past, but my system's power source fried, and the games I want will never be cheap again. For my TurboDuo, Turbochip (US) I only want the Soldier Series and R-type, but CD (JP+US) I have a lot and still want a lot. Dreamcast US sits at 8 games so far, and JP Dreamcast at 150+. Everything else I got is not /vr/ safe, but they take up a lot of space too.

Back when I started collecting I didn't want to spend more than a hundred on a game, now I don't want to spend more than 20/40, and with the prices rising, I've ended up getting repros more than once to save money.
I realized after getting conker's bad fur day for full retail price that spending that much money on a game really bugs me, and it ruins my overall enjoyment of it.

I can know no peace, unfortunately. Since I am not as picky, See, I didn't collect, I just wasn't willing to sell for coins, when I can get way more fun than the amount a store would give me in return. I have not spent over a $100USD on a game yet, got pretty close with a loose Magical Pop'n because I played it on emulation and was like "Shit! This is too good, I have to have this" it's going rate was about $80, but I got it for $50 actual money due to some gift card shenanigans. I guess I also enjoy "the hunt" for games as well.

I have not gone the repro route yet, but I am considering Everdrives since some games has gotten well out of my price range. Unforunately, even Everdrives are beyond my ability to afford them.
