but gen 6 was probably the first time when devs didnt had so many technical limitations to develop games like graphics or sound. I wont deny that most of the greatest games are all in gen 4 and 5, but i would prefer having 100 8/10 games from all genres, than having 15-20 10/10 and in a few ones.

Also theres a big amount of 10/10 in gen 6 also (ICO, GTA series, Shadow of Colossus, Deus Ex, Thief 2, HL2, Zelda WW, Ninja Gaiden, UT, etc). In gen 6 you could enjoy big libraries and also good exclusives. Also is probably the only one where all the consoles had decent controls.
