i recently got a romset for this emulator NeoRAGEx 4.x LaME but i cant find this emulator anywhere. Can some kind anon help me out?

This emulator, as far as I know, has been a dustbin relic for years now. It's probably been close to a decade since I even thought about it last. Most people use MAME or FB Alpha for Neo Geo emulation.

Does anyone know if NRX is still a thing? Is someone still developing this software?
