Finally beat the original Super Mario Bros.! Okay, not original, but the All-Stars version. I kinda feel bad for using the continues, but World 8 was hard as hell! Especially with the hammer bros. But I'm pretty proud after finally completing a game without savestate abuse. Didn't even use 1 savestate

Did you guys struggle with the same game?

Do any of you guys have a bad addiction to savestates?

Hate to rain on your parade, but you didn't. Using a continue on a game where they could only be used via cheat code is functionally no different from savestate abuse.
