This game is so addictive. So simple, but so good.

What are some other good pinball video games?
I only played Sonic Spinball and Pokemon Pinball but honestly I think I like the old NES pinball the best.

I don't like how you can easily get to the lower screen if you get the ball on the hole to the left.
But other than that, I don't see a big difference, other than a few minimal graphical changes like the numbers and some colors. What makes this better than the NES version? Also, is it possible to emulate it with MAME or something?

My favorite trick was when you went down the left gutter, if you nudged to the right, the ball would hit an invisible wall at the bottom and bounce back up. Do it right, and you could actually recover the ball without tilting.

MAME does it justice either via retroarch or frontends. There's some neat easter eggs in it. You remember those chick eggs near at the bottom? If you get them all to turn pink, you get a ball save where fucking Clu-Clu swoops in and hauls the ball back to the top of the screen. I freaked the fuck out the first time this happened. Honestly the ball hole sink on the right didn't bother me, hell that's probably what it would do on a real pinball machine if we're talking challenging design. Oh and the music they added reminds me of Firepower, which is one of my favorite pinball machines.

Cool, thanks, I will try it later then.
I don't see a huge difference graphically, but the clu-clu cameo is cool.
And yeah I guess the hole sink thing is more challenging that way, but that also means I'd be on the lower part of the table most of the times and that'd suck for me at least. But I'll try it out for sure.

The music is fine, but I think nothing on the arcade game beats the nostalgic title screen jingle for me.
