3129845 No.3129845 [Reply] [Original]

Okay, so since N64 apparently counts as "retro" and /v/ is a shit place where good thread just go down the shitter immediately, I thought we could have a nice, cozy Star Wars Racer thread around here.

What is your favourite track?
Your favourite pod?
Junkyard or shop?
Do you prefer emulation or the real thing?
Have you already voted for it on GOG?
-Mine is probably the second Aquilaris one. I would love the Gauntlet, but the antigrav tube rocks are the shittiest thing ever.

-My favourite pod is Bullseye Navior on N64 because with the swampy controls and low framerate he had perfect handling. Using Project64 I actually prefer Mars Guo because the smaller pods get too twitchy.

-Junkyard is the way to go, if you ever buy something in the shop you are SHIT! SHIT!

-I actually prefer emulation because I only have a N64 and I can't stand the low framerate.

-Yes, and you should too.

I swore by Gasgano for a long time before I finally had enough to get Sebulba.

Anakin was shit. I think I initially started with Bors Rool or whatever his name was.

I also remember getting the strategy guide and some pages were fucked up because it didnt print properly
