Considering the pc engine actually rivaled the super famicom in japan for a brief period and outsold the mega drive i'm going to have to say 32x.

If you are to include PC-Engine games as Supergrafx games you might aswell count Genesis games as 32x games. Even in that case I like my Sega Tower more.

The Supergrafx could play all the original PC Engine games plus those few exclusives it had,the 32X was just an addon and had no games so its not a good comparison to make.
