Well, maybe the coldness you feel is because most of the tracks I posted are from an album they made after one of the band members died, as a sort of funerary rendition.

Well, aside from everything from Malice Mizer, there's Moi dix Mois which is the band formed by one of the main composers after MM disbanded. It's very similar but with a sort of death metal wall of sound, I think it's a lot more repetitive and same-y than Malice Mizer, but it might scratch your itch for gothic, harpsichord-filled rock music that sounds castlevania-ish.
