It's a 9 pin mini din. I don't know of anything that really used that plug other than the model 2 and 3 Genesis/MD. Anyone?
I put one of those ports inside my PC Engine because of the form factor and it was pretty difficult to source what I wanted (I also already had the rgb cable made)

It's most likely a mega drive/genesis model 2 cable but without seeing the PCB inside it's impossible to tell. And if it's one of the shittiest NES clones (probable), it'll have a NES-on-a-chip glob-top inside and all hope is lost of finding out for sure what signal is what without an oscilloscope.
