I've played the hell out of this back then. It's my favorite anime fighter, even if it's mainly carried by charisma instead of its gameplay. I've played all three versions (USA, Europe and Japanese). IIRC, the main differences were:
- USA: english VAs, opening has a different song (also not vocal), Erel has a bodysuit instead of a leotard, no Erel song
- Europe: same as USA, except Erel has a leotard, some things are spelled differently (Ihadulca instead of Ihadurca)
- Japan: japanese VAs, intro is Kiss in the Dark, Erel has a leotard, Erel's stage has a song, there's an extra Congratulations option after unlocking everything (the VAs congratulate you).

The english/europe version had John St.John as Danzaiver (Duke Nukem) and Paul Eiding (Colonel from Metal Gear Solid) as Gally and the Narrator. Ihadurca sounds like an old woman.

The gameplay... well, "captures" are too cheap (they're long-distance throws), some moves are rather useless, and Kakurine is cheaper than the final boss. There's this weird lag after you input some moves, so you don't know if you're gonna pull some moves off 100% of the time.

All in all, it's a rather mediocre game, but almost everyone who played it never forgot it.
