Even normal threads things have seemed a lot worse recently. I've seen a lot of posts where someone is trying to be helpful or informative has been met with needlessly hostile responses and blatantly wrong counterarguments. That and the general populace seems way more retarded than normal.

A dedicated mod that doesn't delete Dreamcast threads on sight would a step in the right direction. There are a lot of shit threads I'd personally want gone, but I suppose if people genuinely want that stuff you might have to draw a line somewhere. I'd be all for zero tolerance or at least trying it for a while because what's happening now clearly isn't working.
