Not really since I pay retail price for them, there's only two people who sell them nowadays. Honestly that is just my personal Saturn and what I have into it at cost ($40 for Saturn, $30 for the chip, $10 for the controller/cables). Profit margin is extremely low on Saturns unless you find one at a yard sale.

Not that guy, but for a bubble mailer (or very small box, like 2-3 ps2 game size) from Canada to USA:

>Light packet to USA AIR (cheapest option)

>Tracked packet to USA Air (cheapest option with tracking)

If you work tracking into the deal thats totally up to you (I definitely would if the value is >75 or so). If you're going to send a big box its going to be 25+ dollars easily.

I'm not sure about USPS, but Canada post is insanely expensive.

So like I said, if its less then like 75 bucks I wouldn't even bother getting tracking since you're tacking on a large % of the order. I've lost one package and it was through ebay's global shipping program, I've never had issues with Canada Post to USPS or USPS to Canada Post. I wouldn't mail internationally though, sending shit to like Brazil is asking for trouble I think.
