Grandia 2 is getting a new PC port this month with Japanese audio and Hard Mode. How does this make you feel?

the story was terrible, the voice acting is worse. it's still one of my favorite games. i don't know how you could make a hard mode, fight every monster you encounter and defeat the resurrected devil.

Meh. Grandia 1 is the best whereas 2 is just a lazy copy paste, so I couldn't care much.

Give me a PC port of the first game with non-sucky dubs and extra content and you'll get my attention.

Grandia 2 was a good game playing through the first time, but its not something I ever had the desire to go back and replay.

Actual voice acting and a hard mode seems like I would give it a chance. I wouldn't mind if they fixed up the story a bit either and added a few things, but it seems unlikely.

The first 5 or so hours of Grandia 1 were really fucking boring. I'm glad I stuck with it however, because it got really fun and epic after getting more characters and abilities and the story taking off.
