I've heard of Pink Gorilla and I've been there, any Seattle locals here?

If you're looking for arcade games Game Works has a few on the top floor. Went there about a year ago and they had Missile Command, Mr.Driller, Robotron, and Raiden Fighters. Just don't pay much attention to the bottom floor unless you wanna cry.

k, I might just go to look. Pretty goddamn broke on this trip :(

It's pretty cheap, $10 should get you like a least an hour of playtime on those older games. They use some card thing with points on it and the older arcade games only cost like 1 or 2 points.

Don't know the name or where exactly it's at.. it's in the university district.. not far from Big Time Brewery I think.

neat, robotron sounds fun. Ever try the pot shops?
I'm not much of a stoner but I just gotta try it now that it's legal and all.

Gonna try the bike rental kiosk thingy too.

Seattle is neat

Nah I only smoked pot like twice when I was 18 which was years before it got legalized. Though I wouldn't bother buying any if you're broke because it's probably expensive as hell.

Seattle local and /vr/-tard.

Seattle Pinball Museum - Located in China Town / International District, just a few blocks from the flagship Pink Gorilla store. $10 gets you unlimited play on all machines.

Pink Gorilla - You know about this, but there are three locations with different inventory, one in China Town, University District, and Bellevue.

Add-A-Ball - Barcade in Fremont, South of downtown and West of the University District. Awesome game selection and cheap games.

John John's Game Room - Barcade on Capitol Hill near downtown, same owners as Add-A-Ball. Not as big a selection of games and not as good an atmosphere, imo.

Another Castle Games - Located South of Seattle in Edmonds off highway 99. Great selection of games and awesome retro arcade, a must-visit.

Game Gurus - Also off of highway 99. Have another location off of Lake City Way. An alright store, not the greatest prices, but you can find a deal sometimes. Feels like a 90's game store.

To be fair, our homeless problem still isn't as bad as Vancouver, Portland or San Francisco. I've lived here my whole life and never been mugged, but I have been mugged in Vancouver.

Btw both Fremont and Edmonds are NORTH of downtown Seattle, I dunno what happened to my brain when I was typing that.

uh, I'll be staying with my sister who lives on the north side, I think, I dunno, we're not close, I just wanna leave Reno for a week. Incidentally Reno was ranked 3rd worst city to visit by escapehere.com, behind only St. Louis and Detroit

why do you say this? I tell homeless people to fuck off where I'm from.

>Got any change?
yes
>could you spare some?
yes
>will you?
nope

Oh and btw, living in Reno I deal with meth heads and burners on a daily basis. I hate Burning Man, most of them are obnoxious SJW, they're like the worst parts of hippies combined with the worst parts of homeless people. They don't ask for money, they want you to buy their terrible crafts for stupid amounts of money.

Vancouver is a fucking nightmare. I lived with an ex-gf there for a while (REEEEE I know) after spending most of my life on the East coast and that place is seriously like something out of a Frank Miller comic. Homeless people and tards wandering everywhere. Murders every five minutes. Crazy people and concert ticket scalpers screaming. What a shithole.

Hey welcome to Seattle. Gameworks does have a number of retro games and they're pretty cheap compared to the newer machines so your money will go far. If you like pinball, the museum in International District is fantastic, all-you-can-play for $13 and they have some oldschool video games as well.

Not that big but one of my favorite hangouts is Shorty's, mostly because it's a dive bar with super cheap beer. They've got a bunch of pinball (including Champion Pub which is awesome) and some retro games but probably nothing you haven't played before. (Centipede/Millipede, Missile Command, Ms. Pac, Galaga, etc.)
