There is currently underway a kickstarter to help fund a documentary about Midway.

Williams was owned by Midway at the time, so yes it technically was

Williams video games were owned by Midway while the Bally/Midway pinball division was owned by Williams.

Be careful, this one might be an impersonator of Joshua Tsui.

Don't forget about Showtime, pleb.

Why don't they just interview Ed Boon?

Showtime was terrible, I didn't forget it, I purposely omitted it.

There's a lot more to it than that.

Williams and Midway had a very close relationship, but neither completely owned the other. The pinball division of Midway was owned by Williams while the video game division of Williams was owned by Midway.

>'90s Revolution

What about all those delicious 80s hits?

>> No.2556348

>>2556326
I doubt they'll ignore the 80's, but obviously the 90's was when they had a huge mainstream success, so that's the focus of the story, I imagine.

>> No.2556405

>>2556326
The problem is, a lot of Midway's "80s hits" were originally Williams and Atari games that Midway later adopted.
