I was listening to an NPR piece on women in video games the other day. I've never felt the desire to buy it, although the Japanese cover is pretty. It has great cutscenes and great music, but I don't think the game is amazing. If you like it though, it is by no means a bad game.

Makurena Makendo/Kendo Rage is the best Valis game.
