Have any of you played tranquility? It is a non-linear game where you bounce and fly around on colored squares. Every time you hit a square it plays a note. I remember playing it online when i was 10, it had a big online community at the time

It was challenging sometimes too, but you could roam anywhere. The goal is to hit a group of square platforms in sequence. They are randomly generated on the map; meaning noobs can start slow and watch the pros take on the extremely challenging pad groups.

Im not sure if the servers are still up for this shit, but it is totally /vr/. I used to play it on my old mac computer running os9

It really was great. Probably the first online game i played when i was younger. I was like 7. There were various game rooms, and an ingame irc-like (or actually real irc) chat channels.

It was a lot of fun to play, or if you got bored it was fun to talk as well. I talked to a bunch of 20-40 year old girls on there regularly saying i was 16 but i was 10. Just because it was fun to talk.
