trying to remember the name of an old game I played when I was young

This is a long shot, but it was a shooter from the early-mid 90s where you went inside sick people's bodies to kill different kinds of bacteria and cure them of their illnesses. The bacteria would slowly move towards you and do damage once they reach you. I remember one of the toughest bacteria had a sprite that looked like a cheeseburger. Anyone remember this by chance? I'm going crazy trying to think of the name.
