Played Earnest Evans(ugh...), El Viento, Granada, and Tales of Destiny back in the day. Enjoyed all of them, and play the last 3 regularly now and again for crits.

Granada and Arcus Odyssey are my favourites from Wolfteam. Gotta love that SUPER ARMED TANK and the chick with a goddamn chain flail in a game where shooting is easier.

This is so good. Fuck Gauntlet, AO all day erry day. Anyone know if the Sharp X68000 version can be reasonably emulated and played? I tried a while back but keys didn't work half the time and the emulator kept speeding up and slowing down at random.

El Viento has such an awkward charm to it. I really miss the days where such a strange quality C-tier game like that could be so damn memorable and uniquely fun.

Jewel Master is another game like that. The Valis series too... I suppose.
