Does Nintendo know about this? I'm pretty sure it's infringing on Nintendo's IP and did not seek the proper licensing. Playing this "fan game" is no better than playing a pirated ROM, either way Nintendo gets no money from the use of their copyrighted characters, music, level design, and graphics.
