Someone is willing to sell me this for $29.99

Is it a good deal? I've never dealt with repros before, So I don't know how reliable they are.

Also for anyone here who has this, is there any noteable differences/glitches? anything game breaking? did they change anything major like the title screen or character names?

If you're going to buy inauthentic custom carts, you may want to consider an Everdrive instead.

Barring that, it's a nice deal for that ultimately. Costs 40-60 to get them made by someone usually.

If you already own the original, why in earth would you pay for a repro of this? The differences are extremely minimal, you can check out Tomato's site where he documented everything in depth.
