I loved the heck out of Harvest Moon GBC and Animal Crossing (though only Gamecube on). There was also this old game I remember I think called China Sea Trader where you basically sailed back and forth trading goods to make money. It was kind of simy as I remember.

Lately I just got into Legend of the River King and am totally engrossed with it. What a great game it is.

Maxis' Sim series is the shit, especially SimCity, SimFarm, SimAnt, and SimCopter.

Not a fan of flight sims but I love Red Baron for its pick-up-and-play nature and cool campaign. Anyone got any casual /vr/ flight sims to recommend?
