What the fuck are you talking about. Everything in this game can be done with Diddy no problem with the exception of some bonus rooms.

You'll get used to it OP, and then you won't have to worry about it anymore because there's only a few hive levels in the game, just remember to push upward when you're climbing for maximum speed.

Diddy is the best with his high speed. Dixie was designed to be an easier character to play but everything in the game can be completed by Diddy alone.

It's a TAS, so it's not exactly shit you'd pull off yourself, but it does show that at an optimum, Diddy is at least faster most of the time.

The swamp levels in particular (somewhere around 7-8 minutes in) show some pretty quick shit.
