It's a 1994 pilot episode of Cyberwoman, a finnish sci-fi show where couple of radical hacker dudes get sucked in a video game and then and nothing makes sense. It's awful and awesome at the same time. The pilot was never aired, and it's not hard to guess why after watching the whole thing. It's almost as if it was made by a group of 15 year olds.
English subtitles, though they're not accurate. I think the person in charge of subtitling this didn't fully understand english
