Conan's video game segments on his show are pretty funny; I'd definitely watch a 22 or 40 minute version of that. He's a bit more derisive toward video games in general than the Kacho is (having loved video games since his youth) but Conan is pretty funny and usually says funny shit when he plays games. It'd be a lot better than some attempt to find a "real gamer" for the part; I could definitely see G4 or somebody putting together an utterly cringeworthy GCCX ripoff.

The basic formula is the same as always, although Arino is a lot better nowadays than he was in the early years. Which means he still sucks hilariously but he doesn't need ADs to play though the game for him all the time.

He says at the start of each segment that he knows nothing about games and is one of the most unfit persons to "review" them. I think his (at least some) jokes and opinions feel much fresher as opposed to all the LPers and wannabe AVGNs who've played games all of their lives and just repeat what everyone has said and thought for decades.

A much bigger problem for me is that most of them are just blatant commercials for upcoming AAA titles. They should do more retro ones like the Atari 2600 episode or at least ones with more variation like the horror game episode.
