CIB games are hard to find for a reasonable price.

Prices on a lot of games are starting to stagnant and even go down. Earthbond while still expensive is a good example.
Really the only thing shooting up in price are in box and sealed items. I think mostly due to the shills at vga. If there's a mark for the crash to come it's that shit.

I had purchased the cheapest copy of Skies of Arcadia possible off Amazon. The item description said "no case or manual, generic jewel cases, and discs have minor wear"

But what came in the mail was a complete, sealed copy.

I got this for about 20 dollars. It's sealed and all a few years back. I don't know if that was a good deal, I was going through a Castlevania phase at the time. Another lucky pick, although just the cart was Mega Man 7, got it for about 30 from some guy on Amazon, at the time, every single copy on ebay was about 70 dollars. Best part was that the game was in excellent condition.
