So I spent the afternoon refurbishing my Game Boy Color after ordering a replacement screen from rosecoloredgaming (Yeah, their consoles suck, but the screens they sell are nice as hell) and while it looks great, picture related, it didn't come with any adhesive strips.

I'm gonna try to contact them because they're supposed to be included, but on the chance they don't get back to me/I'm just lazy, do the console modders on /vr/ have any advice for me? I have some shitty spray adhesive, but it's lumpy and bad, and I'd expect some sort of thin double sided tape would do best, but I have no idea really.

Alternatively, Game Boy Color thread. I'm 2 pokemon away from completing the pokedex on that Pokemon Pinball cart, by the way.

This thread might be useful for your modding needs. I'm unfortunately not that well versed in GBC modding, so I'm no help in that department.

What games do you have for it? DMG, GBC, etc.

around 35 or so at the moment, actively collecting more games. Mostly GBC and holdovers from when I'm younger, but also a fair handful of imports. Ebay GB/C Japanese lots are a fantastic thing.

Got any of the Harvest Moon games? Chill as *all* fuck, they're basically my go-to when I need to unwind

I'll be honest, I'm not too big a fan of harvest moon. But a portable one might change my mind, as I enjoy those types of games more on a handheld (even if I hate rune factory).

Semi-related, I do plan on picking up the Legend of the River King games, because they're kickass.
