the queue line and water ride were there before, since I replaced another coaster with the inverted, and I had to work around the space limitations that caused.

Worked out well enough, though. The trains are just long enough to complete the circuit but they have little enough momentum that they don't go through any inversions too fast.

I remember when RCT2 first came out people bitched because they wanted a game that was like RCT3, but when RCT3 came out, people were bitching because it wasn't as good as RCT2. They're both fun games though.

Good to know about the giga's height then, though given the space of the park I don't know how I would be able to complete it and make it look realistic (I'm OCD about that).

There are unfinished areas because the coaster was part of a contest where one had to build a heavily themed B&M invert with one particular workbench. And since it was common to leave the rest of the park unfinished aside from the coaster, I followed suit.

I think it depends on the rest of the coaster. Most rides I've seen with interlocking loops have a lot going on with them be it the rest of the layout, interaction with theming and scenery, and/or a combination of those two.

I should do a test with a coaster with only interlocking loops to see what happens. I have a suspicion it would change with every type that has loops as well.

It's a good start, though I think there are things that could be changed.

- The lift hill needs supports; I know there are some but around the launch section there doesn't seem to be any.

- The "City" section of the ride looks alright but there are parts that I can see that should be changed. The black in-line twist for instance looks odd; maybe have it set on a hill?

- The city's theming could be worked on as well. Square up that corner by the lake; the jagged edge looks odd, and while I know it means having to have a square portion jut into the lake, you can use one of the rock surfaces to change that to something better. It would also help to fence in the city itself. Also, put more of the dirt texture near the launch; having it end looks weird.

- I know it's supposed to be a city ravaged by a tornado, but have less of the flames, or if you were to have them, hide them somewhere (if you can find a flame that doesn't have object restriction, the better off you are) or put them on pipes (so they look like smokestacks). Having them plopped down at random looks off.

The station is a good start but have the wall pieces go on the inside of the tile rather than the outside so it fits nice and neatly (like what you did with the shed under the lift hill). Interesting RCT1'esque use of the woodie track for the station roof though.

Again, it's a good start.

They've come quite a ways since I did them as a kid. Used to be two lengths of tubing that snapped on to serve as rails, with fairly elaborate structures to hold the track. That pre-crossbeamed track seems rather shitty, though, and odd that they think people building elaborate coasters in a program would want to subject themselves to the tedium (and thumb-devastation) that is k'nex support structures.

Here's what I can get just off the top of my head in order of what is most harmful to ratings:

Your inversions are too tightly packed, you probably want to either remove some, or just give your riders more space between them

Your lateral G's are fairly high, but not too bad, i've seen worse anyway.

Your vertical and negative vertical g's could also be lowered, but this shouldn't have that much of an impact on the ride.

In general, rides without traditional lift hills are always much more intense, and 7 inversions for a ride that short is a bit much.

No, to section off your ride so you can fit more trains, and thereby, paying riders on it. The trick is to place them so the segments created are roughly equal and trains don't sit idle waiting for the next one to reach the next block or eventually lead to a hit on ridership because either people want to get off your slow ride, or not enough people can get on, lengthening queue times and hurting the ride's popularity.

Because the scenario is a faggot. But honestly, I suspect it's the water coaster. RCT1 had them classified as Water Rides and I wonder if that root classification means the game doesn't count as one of the five rollercoasters for the scenario, similar to if someone built a dingy slide as one of the five.

>Holding slight amounts of resentment after the rejection of Pirates of the Pancreas in Anatomy Park 2.0, genius scientist Rick Sanchez opted to create a brand new theme park, free of creative restrictions from those he deemed as being "too bureaucratic". In a fit of drunken science however, he accidentally transported the park to an alternate dimension, eating up the battery of his portal gun. You've been employed to help him and his grandson Morty Smith to rebuild the theme park, under the pretense that you will inherit the park once Rick's portal gun charges enough to take him and Morty home.

Here's that next finish 5 scenario I was working on.It does have custom scenery but I ticked the box so it should load normally, with the exception of the Skyrider rollercoaster, the .DAT file of which I've included in the .zip file. This one involves money, some interesting rollercoaster choices, and an expansive yet rewarding research tree. Due to the dimensional location of the park, guest generation is a bit harder than usual but hopefully I didn't make it too tough. Enjoy!

Pretty fun scenario overall. I really liked the nutso color schemes of everything. Despite not being anything really new at the core of it, the wing coasters made for a fun change.

The goal is certainly attainable, if not a little easy. The only (minor) complaint I had is that the Multi-Dimensional is so fucking expensive to build, but it's so tempting to try and build it early due to its location.

Oops, here's the stats for the wing coaster, the beginning of which I'm assuming was inspired by Gatekeeper? Regardless I made my own shitty gate for it to clip through.

Also, I made by far the best LIM I've ever been able to make (Wing Cadet). I'm not sure I've ever even built one with such "low" intensity before.

Alright this is as close to not spaghetti I can get with good stats, time to add scenery and build a small park around it

Fucking hell, even I haven't taken a crack at it yet. And yes, the beginning was in fact inspired by Gatekeeper. I wanted the goal to be achievable but more of a challenge than the other scenario I made. Maybe I'll make one that's ball-bustingly hard next, something about as difficult as 5 Corners ignoring the bullshit factor of it never showing a completed scenario status.

So I haven't played RC2 in long enough that I forgot everything about it but I'm guessing charging per ride instead of per entrance is the way to make the most money is it not? It's not very satisfying when how good a ride is doesn't even matter outside of getting people in the park to blow money on food and drinks.

That is correct. Personally, I fucking hate "get X guests in Y time" scenarios with a park that charges at entrance instead of charging for rides

Yeah I'm so bad I didn't even beat the tutorial with the get 1500 by october of year 4 shit but then again I rushed and blew all my funds on advertising at the start of year 4 before realizing 1400 was my break even point and had I saved the money and built infrastructure I wouldn't have people leaving as fast as they come from over crowding. I'm just gonna try and set up a custom scenario that's flat land and a few g's starting off so I can have some fun learning the mechanics.

Anybody else unable to load the scenarios that come with the game called European renessaince or something and Asia great wall of china due to missing object dragon/10 and missingobject bigben/10

It even happens on a fresh install and after googling it I can't seem to find anybody else having any kind of troubles with missing objects in non custom scenarios

I don't want to go through all scenarios and end up with two that can't be beat or even played

At first I figured some of the shit I added deleted something but even a fresh clean install has this problem
