This game is lots of fun, I happen to own it myself.

It's half platformer, half shmup, and you the whole weight loss theme is pretty original. The enemies throw food in yoiur mouth and you gotta slim up by consuming healthy drinks.

BTW, you need to beat the game twice to see the true ending.
