I think it might just be possible by abusing helices. Do a few layers tall sprawled across the 42x42 space, and stack each of the ten coasters up. Careful choice will be required to get the top layers on, though.

I tried once to do this but could not be bothered to finish it.

I made a map as big as possible and started laying down the car track. i used an auto clicker bound to my keyboard to do the extremely long straight parts and then did the corners myself. my plan was to cover the whole map on one level then go up and cover the next. repeat until the track was as high as the supports would carry it and go back to the station.

i finished perhaps a half of a single layer and it took the cars almost 3 real life hours to complete.

Didn't take as long as i thought it would. if you're wondering about the free space not getting used that's because the track physically could not get any longer. i reached the object limit.

I don't know how long it is or the ride time as its still testing. ill leave the game running for the next few days and post the results when i get them.
