This is such a wonderful co-op game. I'm usually never interested in multiplayer games, but I love this.

I love how it opens up for different styles of playing, for instance if you are both good players, you can help each other and complete the game fast.

But you can also become an ass and just challange your way through the game, I love how it really brings out a deviousness in people.

Any other games like this?

Yeah great game. Had a lot of fun with it with my best friend when I was 7. I liked how you could hit each other with boxes.

boxes, apples, corks.

So much fun stunning your friend and tossing him off the screen.

Hahaha, oh yeah. Nostalgia blast.

It was funny how when you got him over your head he was completely at your mercy and couldn't do shit.

This was one of my favorite games when I was a kid, as well as probably the second game I ever beat. Then when I was in my teens I became a dumb shit and convinced myself I "outgrew" it and traded it away. Big regret for me now, and I'm looking to get another copy of it.

*Also damn, it was a legitimately amazing platformer. Tight controls, sweet level design, lots of levels, nice graphics/sound/music, decent challenge and just plain fun. It was also unique with the throwing mechanic it uses to dispense of enemies. I don't remember another game where that was the primary way you destroyed enemies; that is, picking up objects in the level to throw at them.

That feel when I did the same shit for all my best N64 games. FUCK.

Until they hit that odd electro-jazzy phase in the mid-90s, Capcom was awesome at 'get-psyched' music.

Shame the game won't look like pic related if it ever gets remade.

Co-op mode could (and would) get a bit vicious, but it's a great game. Loved the crazy background proportions when I was a kid.

I played the second one a lot with my older brother.

Years later I was surprised to find out that it was considered a shitty sequel. As a kid I thought it was very good with lots of variety in the stages.

Super Mario Bros. 2 worked in pretty much the same way.

Jesus, that game is so fun.

I think it's better than wily stage 1 and moon stage. I may be stoned for this, but that's how it is. A hidden game that's not as popular, but damn it has some punch.

I never got to play the sequel, and I've never tried to emulate it, might do it tomorrow actually.

As long as you had fun that's all I care about. One of my favorite nes games was Tiny Toons Adventure 1, and I don't think that's considered to be a very good game.

That is a very good game compared to most licensed platformers. I just hate you die in two hits, it gets very unforgiving around the third level. Still better than the NES sequel but not the SNES or Mega Drive platformer

Always loved this game. Not sure why Duck Tales gets so much attention but Chip n Dale doesn't. They're both pretty good Disney games made by Capcom. If for some reason Wayforward actually does try to revive this like they did with Duck Tales (not holding my breath for it to happen though) I'd buy it in an instant. Until then, I can always spend 2 hours replaying the original.
