In the "Games you can't remember the name of" thread, someone mentioned a game that sounded like the Wonder Dweeb Trilogy. I went google Biebersoft and ... There's almost nothing about it anymore on the Internet, everything seems to be gone.

Just trying to find The Wonderdweeb Trilogy game and all I find is random shareware sites that links to the original or those that makes you download some sort of virus installer, it's kind of sad. The games weren't the best, but they were good fun and full of memories ... which are totally disappearing from the Internet and that's kind of scary.

There wasn't just Biebersoft games at biebersoft.com, there was other games, like The Legends of Smelda: Mecarena of Time and Super Smashed Brothers by Tim Winsky
http://www.twinskygames.com/ he recently revamped his site and the game section isn't up yet. He's a cool guy, so I have no doubt he'll give us the games if we ask him.

Beibersoft changed to Jackgames, then to Fizzual (which is gone now). I know there's a youtube account, maybe a Twitter account, maybe we could ask him about the games, but I can't find it right now.

I'm trying to find Fuzzbuster Racing (OP pic) and it's a nightmare to find right now

So, anyone want to contribute? I might have Macarena of Time and Super Smashed Brothers in a friend's PC, gonna check if he still has them tomorrow.

Hey I think I may have found your Fuzzbuster Racing game!

http://games.brothersoft.com/fuzzbusters-racing-1.0-download.html

The download links actually work and start a download of an exe. I didnt try it out beyond that but its the closest I've found so far.

If you get a chance try sending a message to the youtube/twitter account and lets keep looking man. Gotta get me some Wonder Dweebs

Found it too from another site, here
http://www.freegamearchive.com/download-games/freeware/race/fuzzbusters-racing-classic/17325

More links, the better. I unzipped it and ran the installer, seems like it's the right game

I remember these games...I think there was a side-scrolling shoot-em-up one where you played as Star Wolf and had to take down the Star Fox team. They even tried to go SNES Star Fox style with the voices by playing reversed SF64 voice clips. IIRC the last level had you fighting against Fox who was, for some reason, piloting one of the generic grunt ships from Macross: Scrambled Valkyrie.

This one was the easiest one for me to find.

I've literally checked all the results for Wonderdweeb trilogy. It doesn't look good for that game so far, at all.

About the youtube account, it was easy to find when fizzual was still up, but everything seems to be gone. Everything I'm finding about Jackgames, gone (and a Blogspot jackgamesblog.blogspot.ca/ that's locked)

Nothing about Fizzual, can't find the youtube account at all. The video title I remember was something about making 100 games,

I found his full name however, Jordan Bieber.

Jeez, the Starwolf game came with a nasty installer, but thanfully not the nastier I've seen, could simplu block all the nasty crap with Malwarebytes and it worked

I've put everything I have so far in a Mediafire folder

Also just added another game spoof of his, Final Fantasy X

I think I may have a bunch of these saved on an old computer, not all of them though.

Off of the top of my head, this is what I think I may have:

Some of his BieberSpoofs:
Super Mario Alpha, F Zero Speed Demons, Star Wolf

I think I had Fuzzbusters Racing, and maybe his "Ode to Zelda" or "Second Quest". I might have one or two of the "Bubba" games as well. I used to frequent his forums. The "FreakZone" guy started out there I think, and he ended up doing the Angry Video Game nerd game I think.

Jordan Bieber is the guy who inspired me and my friends to create our own games with clickteam tools like the ones he used. He started off with Klik N Play and then rereleased them with Click N Create. I got good at making games with The Games Factory which is the same software. Most of his games were protected so you couldn't read the code though. I grew up with Jordan Biebers games man. He even came up with webcam software called "Physicam" a good long time before Kinect was announced, it pretty much functioned like an eyetoy.

I was just about to post that FFX game myself.

Also I searched all night and I think I found a wonder dweeb trilogy download! http://www.pctelecharger.com/showlogiciel.php?a=6581&langid=1

It gave me an exe but I couldnt run it. Non compatible with current windows maybe? Please let me know if you can figure anything out about this, its the only thing that actually gave me a download.

I also found a couple other interesting thins. This site has some fellow with a ton of old games, including Wonder Dweeb. http://www.create-games.com/forum_post.asp?id=251894&show=all

They aparently put all of these up on a "Klick Museum" a few years ago, which It looks like is here: http://www.create-games.com/museum.asp?tag=museum but I couldnt find Wonder Dweeb on it, maybe I missed it though, I was going to try the search feature but it hasnt finished registering my dummy account yet.

Looks like Jordan Beibers youtube page is here https://www.youtube.com/user/jordanbieber/about if you search for the wonder dweeb movies they're all deleted so I dont know how often he uses this anymore. Looks like his email is/was jordanbieber@hotmail.com so we could try emailing that. Also using the wayback machine to check out deleted websites I found a couple form posts from him on the beibersoft/fizzual sites that mention him making a 26 copies only dvd run of the wonder dweeb movies for the people who acted in it, and then he said he was destroying the old versions. So thats weird.

Ive only got my one computer here but if anyone has an older one please try out that installer and let me know what you make of it. I really appreciate your help guys.

You could download it? Nice. I couldn't when I found that site yesterday, it doesn't give me anything. Upload it somewhere, I'll try it out in a Virtual Machine later.

Funny that you link the create games forum, I found that link too, but pretty much every relevant links are dead. So I made my own topic there:
http://www.create-games.com/forum_post.asp?id=300104

It might be worth it to PM the people that had the games later

Also good job on the Youtube account and e-mail, me or someone else, let's try to send him and e-mail at some point

Hm well turns out I may not have downloaded the game actually. On closer inspection the exe is very very small. I only noticed this after uploading it here.

http://www.mediafire.com/view/xnxfcwa1u6fcjw6/pctelecharger.com_wdtrilogy.exe

On that page looks has something that says "/files/wdtrilogy.exe was not found on this server" in it so its probably just an exe version of an error for some reason.

Im out of ideas on where to search myself, maybe we'll just have to hope that someone replies to this thread or the one you started on create-games that still has it.

>> No.1577892

>>1577860
Yeah, after I posted I tried it again and got the 600 bytes file. Didn't run it, at this size it's almost sure to be a virus or something. I'll still try again later in a VM.

I also tried the museum link, but it's broken right now =|

Meanwhile, while we can't get anything, it would be great to try to gather a list of games he made. Memories + description accepted

>> No.1578151

Just sent an e-mail to Jordan Bieber, now we just gotta wait.

>> No.1579252

Oh well, this seems to be going to the 10th page very quickly.

If this dies and someone finds more games, either make another thread (I hang out here very often) and/or contact me at:

cool_boy_mew at gmx dot com

If there's any update about the e-mail or anything I'll remake the thread.

http://biebersoft.tk is where you can find most of these games now
