Unfortunately, no. There are also no projects planned for it. It's a real shame, as I consider Xanadu I one of Falcom's greatest despite being a console exclusive. While Xanadu II has some better graphics,(late SNES quality) it's actually much shorter and lacks some of the awesome sidescroller stages the first one has, instead having only boss battles in this style. It's also a hell of a lot easier.

The reason these games never got translated is because of one simple reason: It's on the PC Engine. Thus far, only very few have been translated(Ys IV, Rondo of Blood(ripped from PSP)) and barely any translation teams have interest in it. For example, the Tengai Makyou series was one of the biggest JRPG franchises in Japan alongside Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy but we have yet to see a single fan translation of any game in the series.(Zero is well underway, of course because it's on SNES)

The first game is absolutely massive and has quite a bit of fetch questing, so unfortunately it´s not very accessible if you can't read moonrunes. There are a few half-written walkthroughs out there and gameplay videos but that's about all you can use at the moment. Here is one:

One of the reasons why Legend of Xanadu I would be extremely hard to translate is because a single entire chapter is loaded unto the RAM at once, taking up all available space and only requesting a disc read at the boss. This is a problem because all that Japanese text takes up half as much room as English text would. Compression techniques could be used, but you would need an experienced hacker which the PCE community just doesn't have many of.

Sol Moonarge on the PC Engine CD by IREM.

First is of the Wizard route, next 2 of the Warrior route. Definitely one of the most beautiful games released on the PC Engine, it's pretty impressive how much they could get from such an old system.(at that point)

What many people don't know about this game is that it's actually one of the rarer games on the PC Engine. It was released at the end of 1995 when the next generation was beginning, and despite the language barrier it still goes for over $60 in auctions, which is a lot for a non-translated JRPG. I wonder how much that would be if it was English... A Saturn version does exist however, which is not too expensive.
