It's not bad last time i remember playing. The model stretching that happens periodically can be alleviated a little with some tweaks that I can't remember. However I've had a couple cases where the model would stretch to the level entrance and actually warp me back to the level lobby. Was slightly vexing.

Better but not that well. Most of it is timing issues relating to the CPU. A cycle accurate CPU Core would fix SO many of these issues and other games. So give it time.
