Seriously, the fuck else do you need explained? One simple design choice ruins the entire game unless you play it perfectly and fuck dealing with WAAAAHHHHHHH WAAAAHHHHHHH WAAAAHHHHHHH long enough to get good. There is no upside to something that makes you WISH for the little shit to get taken away and fucking killed by some monsters so you don't have to listen to it ever again. It is an amusing game to watch a master play...once, at most. After that it just goes back to being shit.

Crying is incentive for me to stop playing. It's a fucking game. I have better things to do than play a game I don't care for. Instead I play games I like instead of something a bunch of people tell me is a great when I've already decided it wasn't great to me. First off, it isn't even a Mario game. I dislike change, I payed for a sequel to Super Mario World, a game that I was very comfortable with and enjoyed, and instead received a floaty babysitting platformer featuring a shitty peppy chibi dinosaur that you cannot get rid of. Personally, I hated the art style. It looks like poorly drawn coloring book samples. Hidden red coins behind regular coins halted what would have been a fast paced platformer if you sought completion, and so does that shitty second jump. Shooting shit with eggs is unappealing, and is a required mechanic in the game. That fucking shitty, and you guessed it because you probably agree with me, baby that starts flying away when hit (How?) and wails non-stop with the exact same sound sample over and over again until you pop the bubble around him.

Shadowgate and Maniac Mansion. I hope you like frustration and death. Shadowgate was like Dark Souls back in it's day. Both of the two are Point-and-click, Menu-based adventures.

Maniac Mansion, without getting too spoiler-heavy...let's just say you'll intentionally lose many times, just for the lulz that will ensue. We sure as hell did. And the music on Maniac Mansion is epic in it's own right.
