I personally pick your picture. Just Phantasy Star 1-4 is almost worth it. As for the Zelda collect it's a bit buggy for my taste. Had a save corruption twice in MM and no other game did that. Mario All-Stars was awesome just fuck you Nintendo for just rereleasing it on the Wii.

Taito Legends 2

After coming from console Pro-Pinball ports, and Zen Pinball, this game was a revelation. So many awesome tables, that play super sweet.

If I recall, you have to start the game a certain number of times. It however is tedious as fuck to grind it and I agree it's faggotry. The only bad point to an amazing set of games.

I know that pain all too well, I originally bought that specific Sonic collection since I wanted to play Sonic CD and I heard it was on there (I had a PC version of Sonic CD, still have it, but its really damn hard to get to run now a days.) only to find out it was one of those "extra" games.

Its alright collection but fuck that unlocking games stuff. At least Megaman Anniversary Collection was less of a dick about it and the extras in that game (mainly the music) is pretty damn good.

This collections is amazing. Has the original 4 games in both Japanese and English, and gives you many more options that were not in the original releases such as toggling text speed and walk speed.

I have the 3d as well but it's the weakest entry, though if you like arcade racing it may appeal to you (The Rush titles, Hydro Thunder etc...)

Since you can probably find it on eBay for $5 USD, why not? Hell, it was only $20 new when it first retailed. It's not like Sega tried to cheat anyone.

I personally liked this collection, aside from the terrible remake of Golden Axe. The 3D rendition of Fantasy Zone didn't appear in the Fantasy Zone Complete Collection released much later on, so this is the only other way to play it. (in the U.S. at least)

It's true Genesis was the name they selected for McJesusland, but it always will be a Sega Megadrive.

It's funny when you look at the solid quality of Sega's arcade games throughout the 80's & 90's and then look at the clusterfuck of sports shit and edgy 90's advertising that was Sega of America and you realise who was "really" responsible for destroying Sega's good name in the marketplace.
