I'm suffering from the Katawa Shoujo syndrome. No matter what Eroge I try to play, it pales in front of the glory that is Katawa Shoujo. Tried playing YU-NO and finally getting down to Kizuato but it just felt like putting my face in front of an anus and taking deep breath. Uninstalled both and went to reread Katawa Shoujo for the fifth time.

I have no desire anymore to play the japanese games you people keep recommending. There's no way they could live up to such a touching and heartfelt story when they're just wish fulfillment porn. Face it, the stuff made by Japan is mostly shit and KS just prove this. Just because it is made by Japan, it doesnt mean it is good.

Practically none of the (retro) eroge tried to have a heartfelt story, some even had no resemblance of story at all.

How far did you even get in YU-NO? The game takes several hours to get going and you're likely to need a dozen hours to even reach the first h scene.

I have to say, Runaway City is my least favorite of the Jast games. Mostly because you only get one ending, and that's with Yuki (The redheaded girl). You barely know this girl, and you get forced to be in a relationship with her.
