Not that this excuses bad remakes/reboots/etc. It's just I don't find it an issue to get up in arms about. Not retro, but some of my favorite games (GTAIII and IV) were both reboots.

King's Quest couldn't have ended on a worse note. The fan game was bad in many ways, but it couldn't possibly beat the king of betrayals.

World Warrior's designs were simple, not particularly interesting.
SFIII's designs were the best because they were interesting and generally more appealing.

Is this opposite day? MMBN is like, the only Capcom series with high quality character designs. But then again, I am on /vr/ where it's cool to hate on anything new and wank on anything old regardless of quality.

I don't hate Battle Network, I just wish they had assigned new characters to it instead of using the MM license to drive up sales.

[spoilers]That said, they're way better than Command Mission at least.[/spoiler]

This game is a mixed bag. On the one hand you have the official 3d remake and on the other you have the fan remake which uses the original graphics/mechanics and improves upon them and updates them to a modern standard. However the 3d remake is a good game on it's own. I'd say the fan remake is better since it's closer to the original experience and the MP is easy to set up.
