This game is so hard to find lots of people have been requesting a Steam release but the creator doesn't even know where he can get his hands on a copy, and ive been wanting to play it for a long time

You must be thinking of Chuten, which has already been found by this very board. Eastern Mind was already ripped and distributed on the net at least several years ago. Search for pastebins in the archive for the DL link.

Enjoy Eastern Mind OP, as someone who's always been into weird mystical stuff it was right up my alley, so much so that I beat the whole thing in one day, in a single sitting.

You're going to need to take notes. The aforementioned "single-sitting" playthrough included like four physical notebook pages of notes. It's pretty great though.

The first time through Eastern Mind is amazing. I'm feeling an acid flashback coming on just thinking about it.
