WCW vs. the World is probably the best one. It's from the same developers who did the N64 WCW games.

WCW Nitro & WCW Thunder are fun, but horribly unbalanced. The presentation makes up for it though.

WCW Mayhem is solid, but a little bland. It's a lot of fun against other players. AVOID WCW BACKSTAGE ASSAULT AT ALL COSTS. IT'S TERRIBLE!

I discovered it a month ago with a friend at a house party while browsing for fighting games. We started laughing hysterically at every special move, people were looking at us like what the fuck is wrong with you playing those old games and laughing at everything. I never had that much fun playing a game.

Get the arcade version, the ps1 version has no music.

I agree with this.

I personally like Smackdown 2 for PS1. Not hating on No Mercy, that game's great, but it feels like the CAW mode has more options in Smackdown 2, and counter is a handy single button for strikes and grapples. Doesn't look as pleasing as No Mercy, though.

Probably Wrestlemania: The Arcade Game, and that is better on other platforms. Wrestling games were kind of shit on SNES.

Ending it with a Tombstone does almost as much damage and looks cooler though. Also his fucking fatality.

The whole damn game is fucking fun as hell.

I have really fond memories of making a completely invisible wrestler in a PS1 WCW/NWO game in the late 90s and just laughing with my friends at the opponent seemingly contorting himself into crazy positions and falling over the ropes and running full speed into turnbuckles for no reason.
