If it helps, here is my Famiclone roulette 3x3. Yes they are NES games but some of them were also on GB/C. Game Box Plus has the games basically hardcoded in so you can't add or change them (at least not without a bit of work). No cfw or configuring emulators, just the same handful of NES games on every handheld

Beige bezels, of all times to have same color bezel, this was the dumbest.
The beige is overwhelming, it needed something to break it off and pink wasn't it, some contrast.
The pink buttons look ridiculously better on the clear black model, and the grey buttons look ridiculously better on the DMG.

Power Stone Collection has a 4:3 mode inside the games, a setting for menus and for matches (which just crops it and changes like two pixels but whatever). PPSSPP does have a resizing feature, BUT it works by picking and dragging with the mouse and the mouse alone, and doesn't work under 640x480 at all.

So I took it to PC to pin down the setting and manually apply it: add "DisplayScale = 1.330000" to either ppsspp.ini or [gamecode].ini at memstick\PSP\SYSTEM (good luck finding wherever that is on your FW).

It's... playable. Very close to fullspeed but with dips. Power Stone is similar, Power Stone 2 dips much harder with 4P matches so I've resorted to playing the PSP collection as you can see a few posts above. You want reference on games running, check 35XX+/H and 28XX videos, exact same chip.

Don't know if playing fighters on SP will be a good time though, people complain about the shoulder buttons not being great. Some were hit with bad QA and their L2 and R2 take a lot of force to register, Anbernic then told them to cut off some of the plastic.

Is RP2S android? I'm using Syncthing on my 556 and it works like a charm. As long as I'm on wi-fi as soon as I save it gets synced and I can close the device and move on to my PC to keep playing. Sometimes it chugs a bit and you have to make sure it moves first but it's usually pretty damn good.
