The last anbernic device I bought was an rg351mp, and while it could run most snes and ps1 games just fine it struggled with those two games as well as certain Mario World rom hacks. I don't want to buy another device that still can't run the entire snes library.

The thing is that if you want to system transfer from an old 3DS you have you have to system change which kills the DS side of things. Apparently you can get it back now according to the hacking guide. We also don't really have any Activity Log homebrews that work which would mitigate a third of the reason why you would want to system transfer (The second being games and saves without backing everything up, and the third being all your tickets and NNID). Cthulhu is the only way I know how to move over Activity Log stuff but it itself leaves a trace of having used it which not everyone wants.

I think there's also an issue where if the thing has ever accessed the eShop prior to the system transfer it also makes using your NNID impossible?
