Well, this episode was very good. I was sad when they didn't localize the names, but when I was midway trough the episode, it stuck me why: The remake and the original are two completely different games.

In the remake there's drugs, but there's no money lending involved, her boyfriend is there, but he isn't even worth of mention, there's a doctor and the case involves a hospital, there's no mention on her dad or its secretary. The only thing they have in common is the setting(bar hostess dead on the middle of a park) and some caracthers(like her boyfriend) and even then they changed their entire personality. And the part where you can walk at the park? Completely removed.

That just makes me wanting to play the originals more.

Well, I just think positive. If it's mediocre, you lose nothing of what you like about the show, and if it's good, it's better than just literally putting a 90 minute episode on a movie screen.

I'm worried about quality, too, but I like the idea of trying to do something ambitious better than going the "long episode" route so many other feature adaptations rightly earn in criticism.
