That was a pretty popular manga in Japan, and the game in question was apparently notorious for being awful. It was also published by Shinsei, the same company who was behind the production of Monster Party (though I think the actual developer was different)

I think there's around 200-ish Famicom RPGs (SNES has something like 300) and at least 60% of them have been translated. Note that it's easier to translate a CHR ROM game as the graphics are not compressed and the OP game was just a regular old boring MMC1 CHR ROM cart so not hard to do. For SNES games of course all of them have compressed graphics so it's more work.

Time Tiwst not having a translation is very surprising. Not only is it first party Nintendo, it is absolute peak insanity. It's presumably meant to be semi-educational in that it involves time travel through some historical events, but the end result is a game featuring the KKK and a possessed Baby Jesus.

The one I'd like to see the most is Jarinko Chi but it probably will never be translated because the format would require a lot of effort and changes
