Yeah, one of the girls showing her tits later turned out to have been 17 at the time, and after her family took legal action they got a court order to recall the game.

I've seen some people argue that it's supposed to be a legal grey area, but extremely few people are going to take the risk, certainly not for this title, so it gets treated like it's CP and nobody touches it. In the open anyway.

Although it was total bullshit that she claimed she had no idea the topless videos of her were going to appear in the game and promotional materials. Apparently that decision was never reached:
